Unable to process RTLOG in 13.2.6

We are unable to process RTLOG in the 13.2.6, getting the below error :

Error:

saimptlogi_1000~20140424070920~flushMissTranInsertArray~sa_missing_tran~-12899~ORA-12899: value too large for column "RMSOWNER"."SA_MISSING_TRAN"."REGISTER" (actual: 9, maximum: 5)~Cannot INSERT - row=0


Any pointers to the issue will be highly helpful
