Intermittent slowness and 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' error for select users.
We are experiencing a unique situation just impacting a subset of users and that with a particular software configuration.
Just a few of our users located at a site are facing peoplesoft slowness and intermittent unavailability of the application displaying the error - 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'. This is when they access using Internet Explorer version 8 but no issue with Mozilla. Rest of the users across the world don't see any issue.
This is a peoplesoft finance running on peopletool- 8.51.
Please suggest some pointers. thanks
