Is it possible to apply taxes after sales invoice creation

Hi Folks,

Issue as follow:

1. User created sales order without tax category assignment, shipp confirmed , invoice got generated (Commercial and Sales invoice) is it possible to reapply taxes ?

2. User created sales order without tax category assignment, shipp confirmed , invoice got generated (Commercial  invoice only ) is it possible to reapply taxes ?

3. User created sales order without tax category assignment, shipp confirmed but nor invoices ( Commercial invoice or Sales invoice not generated) is it possible to reapply taxes ?
