OIM SPML schema for Custom Attributes

Hello all.

  I need a little help with the correct schema syntax for an SPML call to OIM using 11.1.2.2.  I have several custom User Form fields that are date data types.  I have having trouble finding good documentation on how to pass custom fields of type date through SPML message.

The BackGroundcheckDate and BackGroundExpireDate elements in the SPML message are date fields.  See example below:
