FSCM 9.2 Upgrade: Is there a way to recover custom objects (absent in demo) after Initial Pass?

I am working on upgrading from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to FSCM 9.2/Tools 8.53.08.

I just completed the initial pass and realize that none of the custom objects from our production environment (absent in demo environment) were not brought forward.  I am currently running a compare of current demo to current production to identify all the objects.

Is there a way to recover these custom objects in the first "test" move to production?

Thoughts?  Suggestions?

Here are the details from the SR:

I am working on an upgrade from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to FSCM 9.2/Tools 8.53.08.

I just completed the initial pass and realized that our custom objects from COP (Target) were not retained (absent in DEMO or Source).
