Oracle Identity and Access Management Installation (11.1.2.2.0) Prerequisite Check Failure, WebLogic

Good Afternoon,

I am having an issue starting WebLogic after the install, I'm getting the java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space - I've searched My Oracle Support for resolutions to this and have tried several things including reinstalling after setting the Perm Gen Space in the environment as follows:export JVM_OPTIONS=-XX:MaxPermSize=512m.  Currently we're on OpenJDK, could this cause that error?
