Notification Template - Add Subject

We have a AE that calls a notification template, EDE_HR_GLI, in our application engine calls. When I navigate to PeopleTools > Workflow > Notifications > Generic Template or Notification Templates, I can't find the EDE_HR_GLI template.

I am needing to add a subject to the email notification that is sent out, but don't know if I'm not looking in the right spot in the application for the template or I need to add in PeopleCode.  See attached PeopleCode.

(importing PT_WF_NOTIFCATION:NotifcationTemplate)

Help me where to add the subject line of the notifcation, please.
