RIHA Web application, Message Viewer not working properly.

Hi,

RIHA(riha-rms, riha-tafr) 13.2.6 installed. Follow this note (Message Details were Loaded Slow in RIB Hospital Administration Release 13.2.X (Doc ID 1420215.1)), RIHA-SERVER got startup settings = -Xms2048m -Xmx4096m -XX:MaxPermSize=2048m

1. Log into web application.

2. Choose any message, and check "Load Message Details on Selection" checkbox.

3. Click on tab "Message Viewer", try to expand xml message, but no reaction on clicking to expand component(screen1.jpg). Buttons "Validate", "Apply" and "Cancel" doesn't work too.

4. If i try to change view type of message from "Partial tree view" to another type, nothing changed. To switch betwen types i need do the follow actions:
