Bill of Materials and Recipe management

Does RMS (or Oracle Retail in general) support Bill of Materials / Recipe management functionality?

Scenario 1:

Retailer has a mini bakery in his super-store.

Retailer uses sellable items such as sugar, baking powder, flour, etc to make items like bread, cakes, etc.

Scenario 2:

Retailer sells textile materials.

Retailer also uses some of these materials to create finished products.

Requirement:

1. Ability to define Recipes (the amount and proportion of raw materials needed to prepare a finished good). Recipes should be reusable templates (not one-time activity).

2. Ability to track and account for changes in inventory when raw materials are churned into finished goods.
