Excel's 15 Significant Digit Rule Breaks Downloads

We use the Excel download grid from our pages a lot.

However, we just upgraded IE for the security patch, and now the Excel 15 'significant digits' is causing an issue.  An AR item number, for example, 04308567104042014 is turned in to 430856710402010. This is a link in the page.  Is there a setting in IE that needs to be changed  or something in Peoplesoft?

Any help would be appreciated
