Bad Oracle Access Manager Request

I have WebGates DCC and OHS setup and configured on my DMZ server.  OAM, access gate, OID are installed on an internal server.  Ports are open between the DMZ server and internal server to permit communication between WebGate and Access Gate and OAM.  When I do the initial public/index.html test, it works fine (probably because it bypasses DCC).  However, when I test:  http://<my url>:7777/index.html, after getting the OAM page and authenticating, I get a page that says:  Bad Oracle Access Manager Request.  Note that I'm doing this test from a firefox browser I've invoked on the DMZ server.  I've checked all of the metalink notes related to "Bad Oracle Access Manger Request".  The error is spot on for what is shown in
