How Special Order (SPLORD) Transaction works in RMS,ReSA & SIM ??

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

POS has generated Customer Order with Transaction Type as SPLORD which is loaded into ReSA through RTLOG file.

But How this Transaction reflects and reserves the buckets in RMS and SIM ??

We tried running saordinvexp.pc batch but it is filtering this transaction and therefore ORIN file is generate without this data.

Please explain me the functionality for SPLORD transaction type in RMS.
