How do we migrate RG 23A/C part II at the time of go live

Hi All,

Can anobody guide me with respect to the RG 23A/C part II migration at the time go-live.

We are planning a go-live on 11th June 2014 with data cut-off date as 31-May-2014. Item wise RG 23 A/C part II details could be made available only 8th June. We want the openeing balance in RG to be loaded into the system as of 31 May 2014. However, RG manual entries runs on the system date. Please guide how can we migrate this component ensuring the accounting is generated on as of 31 May 2014.

Could you please guide us the migration policy generally followed for RG part II migration.
