Not able to view Accounting option from ST Repositary form

Hi,

We are implementing the ST Functionality to my client on R12.1.3.We applied latest patch sets also.

I am not able to view the Accounting option from TOOLS menu on ST Repositary Form.Grayedout.

Ran the India ST Processing program.Transaction reflecting in ST Repositary.

We are using the ST Functionality only in AP Side not from AR side.

Accounting entries are created on AP Invoice with out any issue.

Can you please advise what setup i missed here.
