How to restrict unprivileged users in OID

Hi,

I'm using OID 11gR1 11.1.1.7 and i need to restrict unprivileged users from seeing other user entries or group. They must not be able to use ldapsearch command to query other entries or groups neither from ODSM console.

How could i accomplish this??
