OIA - Including inactive users in audit

Hi

We're running an audit on all users that have not been active (logged on AD) for 18 months. We've created a Business Structure for this, and we can see ALL users corresponding to the rule just fine. But when running an audit with the same rule, we only get one user in need of audit. All the users that is in the suspension state 'Inactive' is not displayed.

Now, we need to see these users, as we're going to delete all users that haven't been active for 18 months. We cannot change the suspension status, as we do want them to be in the state of 'Inactive'.
