Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Recently we have implemented Instant Messaging functionality on HCM 9.2 / PT 8.35 with using below XMPP Information

jabber.blah.im:5222

hostname: jabber.blah.im

port: 5222 (STARTTLS only)

PROXY: proxy.blah.im

imuser1@blah.im

imuser2@blah.im

imuser3@blah.im

imuser4@blah.im

imuser5@blah.im

In order to obtain user presence information from XMPP-configured IM servers, users must log in to the

server. Each user needs to enter his or her user ID and password for the XMPP server. If XMPP login

information has been entered for a user profile, the login process to the configured XMPP server happens
