eProc receive Items: Receive against PO from another requester no more employed

in Financial Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Hello All,

The requisition was generated by a requester who is no longer employed. Is there a way, for an authorized requester to receive against PO this item.

I modified the User preferences for the new requester to be "Requester User Authorized for" the the former requester, but still only the requester initiator can receive the item.

Please, any help would be most welcome,
