ExcelUploadforVoucher.xls not populating staging tables

Hello,

We are trying to use the ExcelUploadforVoucher.xls process.  We are 9.0, pt 8.49.  I have been able to successfully Generate and Post it goes to success.  I go into monitoring and the process (VOUCHER_BUILD) is 'Done'.  The problem is my staging tables are empty.   I do not see any error messages.  I followed the setup documents that are out there for 8.48 - everything seems to be setup correctly - the tables just do not load.  Any suggestions?
