Issue with Service Tax Accounting Entries

Hi,

We are implimenting the ST for our client.

1) Create Accounting and Create Accounting for Asia/Pacific AR and AP programs are not taking the ST Final accounting entries into GL.

ST Final Accounting Entries stoping in GL_Interface not importing along with Base Accounting Events Invoice,Payments,Reconcile.

When i tried to run Manually Journal Import with Source India Service Tax Successfully Processed.

Is it Normal Behavoiur?Do we need always follow Manual Journal Import for ST Final Accounting Entires?

2) Point Of Taxation is mandatory to use, while Setup India ST?

3) Can you explain about Inclusive Tax Accounting? Any documentation,it could be helpful.
