Status of India Local DFFs after R12 Up gradation.

Hi

We did System up gradation from 11i to R12.1.3.

After migration we noticed DFFs related to India Localization especially in Inventory - Item Master are still enabled.

Some of the Mandatory fields in the India Local Item Master DFF stops the User to proceed further.

Is this the desired functionality?
