FSCM 9.2 Upgrade: EMF and EM Hub - Database not 'visible' on EM Hub Summary page in CA

I am working on an upgrade from FSCM 9.0 MP1/Tools 8.51.17 to 9.2/Tools 8.53.08.

The latest upgraded database (FSDEV92) is not showing up in the EM Hub Summary page in Change Assistant.  It's been configured similar to the other databases that do show up (FSDMO92 and FSDEVX, just for frame of reference).  See configuration.properties file which includes the path for each database.

I've looked at EMF and EMAgent logs but can't really decipher what the error is.  I am attaching the logs with the errors and the .sh file that contains the configuration and parameters for FSDEV92.

Has anyone else experienced issues like this?  And what did you do to troubleshoot/resolve it?
