EDI Gateway/Possible Workflow Issue

We're in the midst of upgrading from 11i to R12 and I'm trying to test our (direct) punchout with OfficeMax.  The punchout is working correctly, and reqs are coming back into our system successfully.  I'd even go as far as to say the creation of the cXML PO is correct, however, it's not getting sent to the vendor.  They say they don't see anything from us whatsoever - I have verified that I'm using the correct test URL.  If I go into the transaction monitor, I can see Generation Date, Generation Status of Success and Generation Message of "Message created and enqueued for delivery."  I can also view the generated XML.  However, the Delivery Date, Status and Message are not populated (I believe Message shows [] ).  I'm hoping that it's a "simple" workflow setting that I've missed in our upgrade.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  Thanks!
