Business Interlink - EO_DS_MODDN

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

We are struggling to understand how PDI handles changes to data in the DN.  Can some one please help us understand if the delivered business interlink EO_DS_MODDN can be used for this? That is, is the EO_DS_MODDN business interlink used to update directory entries where the DN is being changed by a HR transaction?
