I'm a "Functional HCM professional" trying to follow up on a response given by our developer.

If the PS v9.1 instance (JOB Data) has some "client customizations" does it impact the use of the delivered Excel-to-CI tool"?


Scenario:  A major project including updating employee's Job Data & POS information is underway, and there are approx. 1,000 - 3,000 employee we need to make changes, and the developer's response was he cannot leverage the Excel-to-CI tool due to the customizations.


I'm simply trying to understand, so any information would be much appreciated.
