IPMP deprecated interfaces stay in failed state after reboot

Hi,

I have a couple of servers configured with an IPMP group. The servers are configurde with probe based IPMP. There was an issue on our core network which caused the default gateway to become unreachable which then in turn caused the IPMP groups to fail.

The issue on the network is resolved, default gateway is pingable. We rebooted the servers but the IPMP groups stays faulted.

However if I manually clear the "failed" flag on the two deprecated NICs on each server, the ipmp group comes online.

However if I reboot again, the interfaces become failed again.

Can you please advise?
