Password policies for OID Users

Hi guys,

I just recently installed OID 11gr1 11.1.1.7 with OAM 11gr2 11.1.2.2 and i have some requirements to implement, any idea how to do this:

- New users must be created with its password expired, so when they log in the first time through Oracle Access Manager they must change their password.

- Locking an account after a # login failures.

By the way i'm using RAD's if there is any consideration i should have.
