Peoplesoft Upgrade - FSCM 9.0 to 9.2

Hi All,

We are in the process of upgrading our current FIN system from 9.0/8.52.12 to 9.2 Image 5/ 8.53.09. After completing the Initial move and first Test Move we have observed that the following tables have had a huge growth in data which is not really reasonable.

PS_RECV_COMMENTS - Before upgrade 2562 rows - After upgrade 356690 rows

PS_COMMENTS_TBL - Before upgrade 639803 rows - After upgrade 1026808 rows

The data is populated by the following app engine peoplecode UPG_PV.PVZ40.Step01.Peoplecode

The way this data is populated is not in line with how the tables are populated while doing a transaction online in the application. We have verified the same in a PUM image 5 instance.
