Oracle Alerts not sending mail

Hi ,

EBS R12.1.3 PCP 2 nodes (shared Appl_top)

DB RAC 2nodes

We are at initial stage for using Oracle ALerts .

We have done it in Test instance (single node DB & APP on same node) it works fine,

But in PROD( the above said Environment) , same setup for alert (like TEST) , we are not able to recieve emails.

please help in this..
