Script to update TDS Threshold Cumulative Limit to Zero

Hi All,

I want to set TDS Threshold Cumulative Limit from amount to Zero for all the TDS Sections,we have not performed any transactions yet,can we update through script.

Are there any other impacts if we do so,if no can anyone provide the script for the same.
