DCC based login config in OAM 11gR2 PS2

After configuring DCC based authentication, the login page redirects to ohs_host:ohs_port/oam/server/auth_cred_submit after I submit credentials. It does generate DCCx cookies though. The redirect to login.pl when I access the protected resource on the same ohs_webgate is working fine but seems like the authentication is failing.

The challenge parameters mentioned in the auth scheme are :

OverrideRetryLimit=0

creds=userid password

Any help in figuring this out is appreciated.
