RMS v14.0 install media - Where is RMS_partition_definition.xls?

I'm unable to find RMS_partition_definition.xls ( or .xlsx ) as noted in the v14.0 installation guide.  I don't find it in the location referenced below in the RMS v14.0 installation guide, as follows...

Production Partitioning

Requirements for mandatory and optional partitioning are defined in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet located here: STAGING_DIR/rms/installer/mom14/Cross_Pillar/partitioning/source/RMS_partition_definition.xlsx.

...nor do i find it when doing recursive searches for the file name, or even the file type.  Does anyone know if this get properly packaged with the RMS product?
