BI publisher tab not displayed in windows 2007

Team,

I have installed BI publisher 11.1.1 in windows 7 32-bit OS where office 2007 installed. Installed BI publisher as an administrator, using the PC with non-admin user, the BI tab was displayed in windows 2007 for last 2 months,suddenly BI tab is not getting displayed now. But I can see the tab when I use administrator credential,how ver non -admin user can not see the BI tab though administrator role provided.

Any idea how Can I fix this issue?

when I try to enable add-in in word options,it says "The connected state of Office Add-Ins registered in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed"... any help?
