R12.1.3India Localization taxes are not coming up in the AR transaction lines

We have upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3 recently. When created an AR Invoice from Localized form and applied Taxes the system went through but the Taxes with accounting distributions are not showing at Transactions work bench.
