wf_note Not Showing

Hi Experts,

I have added a wf_note messge attribute in workflow notification. However, after entering some comments there for approver #1, and click 'Approve' button, the comments did not show up in the next approver's notification (Action history details column is empty).

Did I miss something? Thank you for your input.
