After changing the gateway properties node configuration - "SEVERE: Unable to decrypt the domain pas

I recently changed the appserver ID/password and the node properties in the Gateway configuration online. They were previously setup with the default settings from the original install - VP1/XXX. I was able to delete the cache and reset appserver/webserver and PIA has been working all week. Today, users were having issues with excel voucher uploads not posting online, though they received the upload success messages.

When I access the gateway properties online, enter the userid/password to look at the node configuration, the stderr file on the appserver writes this error:

"May 30, 2014 6:42:22 PM com.peoplesoft.pt.integrationgateway.common.NodeInfo getDomainPassword
