Error while running idmConfigTool.bat

Hello Team,

I am facing some issues while running idmconfig.bat. Can some one kindly help in order to fix the issue.

C:\FMW\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_IDM1\idmtools\bin>idmConfigTool.bat -preConfigIDStore  input_file=C:\FMW\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_IDM1\idmtools\bin\preconfigPropertyFile.properties

Could not connect to the Directory

Properties File :

IDSTORE_HOST :localhost

IDSTORE_PORT :3060

IDSTORE_BIDDDN:cn=orcladmin

IDSTORE_GROUPSEARCHBASE:cn=Groups,dc=first,dc=MY,dc=com

IDSTORE_SEARCHBASE:dc=MY,dc=com

IDSTORE_USERNAMEATTRIBUTE:cn

IDSTORE_LOGINATTRIBUTE:uid

IDSTORE_USERSEARCHBASE:cn=Users,dc=first,dc=MY,dc=com
