"Like" criteria in AWE workflow

Is there anyway we can route the workflow by first letter of the field value?


There is no "like" Criteria Operator on Criteria Definition

So I added "Equals" Criteria Operator with "A%" value but its not working

Any workaround please


example:

journal iD :  A123  ------- should route to account approvers

journal iD :  M123  ------- should route to Marketing approvers
