RMS v14.0.1 full install - Is it possible to re-run installer after failure during seed / demo data

While running the 14.0.1 RMS database FULL install, I ended up running out of space in the RETAIL_DATA tablespace.  After resizing the tablespace and re-running the installer afterwards, I received integrity constraints while trying to insert data, and the installer failed.  In the end, I ended up dropping the RMS owning schema and re-running the installer from scratch...

My question is:

Is the RMS v14.0 / 14.0.1 installer designed to re-run the data insert scripts after a failed install attempt, if some of the seed / demo data has already been inserted?  I didn't see any specific details in the install guide, and am not sure if there are any specific flags that need to be set ahead of re-running the installer in this scenario that I may have missed...
