Hello,

We have created a new interface application engine that will be inserting data into tables.  After creating this new AE, the TIME fields are being populated with data that is different than what is used previously and our SQR's are erroring out for these new values being inserted through the AE.  Before the new AE, we had data on the INCIDENT_TIME field be 01-JAN-00 01.01.00.000000 AM.  The INCIDENT_TIME field was being entered manually online and why the date is defaulted to 01-01-1900.  With the new AE, the INCIDENT_TIME is now actually being populated correctly with 20-DEC-04 11.00.00.000000 AM but the
