OAM11gR2 with

I am working on OAM11gR2PS2, which has couple of  issues with  logout and cookie cleanup. 

1, After  logout routine executed  /oam/server/logout, when I access via the same broser, it still maintains the cookies and I get the OAM blue screen.

2. Though I sent the following in the OAM agents, when logout keyword is entered, it does not follow the steps like logout and landup in the cleanup.html page.

Logout Target URL:  https://loadbalancer.domain/cleanup.html

Also, I cleaning up the OAM11gR2  cookies by expiring immediately ( manually) and still hitting the blue screen.
