Upgrade Retek Applications from 13.1.6 to 14.0

Dear Guru,

     We are working on 13.1.6 Retek Applications and we are in need to upgrade it to 14.0.  Is it possible to upgrade to 14.0 and what all challenges and risks involved in up-gradations.  Can we have any technical or functional document which will describe all the pros and cons of upgradation.  How to move forward.  Expect guidance and suggestions from all of you on this.
