after apply the patch 9239090 (upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3) the below forms are not generated succ

Hi experts,

after apply the patch 9239090 (upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3) the below forms are not generated successfully.

Jainrgmt.fmx, Jainrgst.fmx, Jainrvsl.fmx.

i have tried to compile manually and by using adadmin but not successfull.

plz suggest how can i resolve the issue.
