Approval Delegation

Hi All

I have a situation here on Approval delegation

As s business process my client prefer to do delegation to the lower level not to the higher /Same level.

We are facing issues on that delegation to lower level (As oracle recommend delegation should to the higher level not to the lower level) is there any work around to delegate to lower level to avoid below mentioned issue

We face some scenario when we tried with the lower level

User 1 - 10$

User 2 - 100$

User 3 - 1000$

Approval delegation done to the "User 1" by "User 2”, now as normal “User 1” can be able to approve and everything goes smooth
