App Server will not boot when Oracle ProcMGR started with Windows Service Account

Hi everyone,

I'm getting an error when I try to boot up my app server, hope someone can help me here. PeopleTools 8.52; Windows Server 2008 R2; Oracle ProcMGR V10gR3 with VS2008 RP043;

When Oracle ProcMGR is started using Local System Account, the app server boots up fine with no problem.

When Oracle ProcMGR is started using a Windows Service Account, the app server fails to boot up.

This Windows Service Account is an administrator, Tuxedo and PeopleSoft installed using this account.

I have tried installing everything on a mapped drive (E), and also local C drive with the same results.
