8.53.12 Crystal Reports Runtime Error

Has anyone encountered and resolved this issue on a Win 2008 x64 SP2 ?


E-CR: PT8.50+ Crystal Reports Runtime Error When Subreport Has No Data - INVOICE ERROR AT BIPRNT00, BIPRNT01, BIPRNT02 (Doc ID 1315878.1)


The case says “Does not apply to PT8.53, which does not use the CR2008 SP3 Runtime.”  Then later says “Some customers with this same behavior are able to resolve the problem by using SAP Crystal runtime for .Net Framework 4 SP8.”


We are having this issue in our FSCM 9.0 / PT 8.53 environment and have replicated the issue in our DEMO environment.
