VAT link missing on the AP Voucher Distribution Line

We recently upgraded to oracle 9.2 .

Under Regular voucher entry > Invoice Infomation Tab > Distribution line section  > VAT tab . The last column is missing. So we clicked on Personalize and under the personalized settings we are missing the last column column 87.  How do we get that last column to show in our Personalize settings ?
