Workflow Admin - Segregation on Workflow types

We have HR, Payroll, iRecuritment and Finance on one instance. In some HR, Payroll and iRecruitment workflow sensitive information is displayed which only nominated users should have access to. Are there anyway to restrict access to certain workflow types from the finance support team?
