PT Release Levels with different Images for HCM 9.0 to 9.2

we are working on a PS HCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade.

PS 9.2 PUM #7 was released on June 16th which is on PT 8.53.13

PS Upgrade Image is on PT 8.53.02

Our current 9.0 is at PT 8.53.10

As this 3 instances are at different level, can we start the upgrade without working on a Minor PT upgrade?

what are the things that would need to considered if we start as is.

Can we compare and move objects between the different minor tools release?

Now if we want to get PS Upgrade Image (Source)  to PT 8.53.10, what rel scripts and from where do we need to use them?
