How to find all the Corrupted CI.

WE are upgrading our tools from 8.49 to 8.53 and we found that few of CI is corrupt , is there any way  where we can get  in all the CI which has got corrupt due to  the PeopleSoft changes. Is there any tables which stores the CI valid or non-valid details.
